• 3D visualisations and spatial planning
   
• Floor plan and façade design
   
• Internal space planning and finishes guidance
   
• BASIX and energy efficiency coordination (via accredited assessor)
   
• Documentation for council submission (DA or CDC prepared with consultants)
   
• Builder coordination and pre-construction support
   

What’s not included:

• Structural or engineering certification (handled by external consultants)
   
• DBP compliance declarations (not required for Class 1 & 10)
